I had the most delicious, gluten-free pizza the other day, here in the city! It was at Caesar’s Palace Pizza on the corner of West 83rd St. and Amsterdam Ave. You can’t order it by the slice, but they make you a small pie, with your choice of toppings. It was delicious! Even my husband liked it (I brought home the left-overs).

Of course, me, being the social media marketing consultant that I am, I spoke to the owner about social media, and was disappointed to find out that they don’t have a Facebook page, Twitter account, or any social media presence. I talked to him for about 10 minutes, as he explained that he had a lot of fears about what people might say via social media. But the crazy thing is that, he’s been there for 30 years, and has a ton of loyal customers.

I told him that he should never let fear stop him from doing anything, and that the next time I come back, he had better have a Facebook fan page, and a Twitter account! lol He said, “Okay!”.
