Healthy peanut butter oat breakfast cookies. No flour or processed sugar, mostly banana, applesauce, peanut butter, oatmeal.
Congrats on getting your double pirouettes solid on both sides! Kudos to you! What I normally tell my students when they’re working towards a triple pirouette is this: Give yourself a little bit more momentum as you begin your turn, use your plie, and engage your abdominal muscles even more after your double turn, in order to maintain your position for a 3rd turn. Also, use your breath. An extra inhale, pulling up, and engagement of your abs, while maintaining your position, will make getting around for that 3rd turn a breeze!
Hope this helps! :)

God has equipped you with everything you need to fulfill your destiny through His Word. That means you are well able to do what He has called you to do. You can accomplish your goals. You can fulfill your dreams! You have the ideas, the creativity, and talent to be successful. You can overcome any obstacle. You’ve been armed with strength for every battle.
Not only has God equipped you, but He is also working on your behalf. He has already gone before you and lined up the right people and the right opportunities. You have everything you need to live a victorious life—you were created to excel!
You may not have seen it in the past, but if you’ll stay in faith, it’s just a matter of time; victory is on its way. Don’t settle where you are. Don’t have a weak, defeated mentality. Have the attitude, “I am anointed. I can accomplish my dreams. I can overcome any obstacle. I am empowered by the Creator of the universe, and I am thoroughly equipped for every good work that God has called me to!”

One thing I’ve learned is that whenever life seems extra difficult, whenever it seems like the intensity has been turned up, that’s a sure sign that you are close to your victory. Whenever negative thoughts are bombarding your mind, or you’re tempted to get discouraged, that’s not the time to give up! That’s not the time to back down. That’s the time to dig your heels in. That’s the time to press on with a new attitude because you are closer than you think to your victory.
Maybe you’ve had a lot come against you lately. It seems like the more you pray, the worse things get. Maybe you are doing the right thing, but the wrong thing keeps happening. Instead of getting discouraged, begin to declare, “I’ve come too far to stop now! I’ve been through too much to back down. I realize the reason the intensity has been turned up is because I’m about to give birth to my dreams.”
Friend, don’t allow the enemy to steal from you any longer! Instead, press on toward the goal because you’ve come too far to give up now. Remember, God Almighty is with you, and He is leading and guiding you down the path of victory in every area of your life!

Misty Copeland Signs Two-Book Deal
In some ways Misty Copeland could be considered an anomaly. Most ballet dancers are primed early on in life, but Misty Copeland didn’t start taking ballet lessons until she was 13-years-old, which is considered unheard of in the world of ballet. Although she had a late start, that hasn’t prevented Copeland has taken the Ballet world by storm. Within four years after she started training, Copeland was accepted into the prestigious American Ballet Theater (ABT). Copeland is third African-American female soloist for the ABT, one of the countries leading ballet companies.
In a recent Ebony interview, Copeland described the feeling of being the first Black soloist at ABT:
EBONY: Being the first Black soloist in so long is such an awesome honor. But why do you think it has been 20 years since there was a black soloist in the American Ballet Theatre?
Misty Copeland: Unfortunately, I think that many Black dancers are intimidated because they see that there haven’t been many who have made it successfully and they’re being told [by instructors] that it’s going to be such a struggle [to be a Black ballerina] and it’ll be easier for you to be a modern or contemporary or hip hop dancer. I mentor 7 and 8 year-old dancers and they’ve been told straight out that they can’t be a successful ballet dancer because they’re Black. I get so emotional when I see these struggles they are having. That’s why it’s so important for me to be a positive role model for them and to be a voice telling them, “Don’t give up!”

Keep honoring God with your life, stay in peace, trust His timing and God will open doors that no man can shut.
We have a reason to celebrate life every single day because the God we serve is alive. His resurrection power didn’t end on the cross 2000 years ago; His power is still at work today. Not only did He resurrect Jesus from the dead, but He wants to extend His resurrection power into every single area of your life, too.
Maybe you have a dream to get out of debt, pay off your house or be free from a burden of lack, but it looks impossible. Business is slow. The economy is down. You’ve gone as far as your education allows. But God is saying, “I’m not limited by those things. I’ve got resurrection power. I can give you one break that will thrust you to a new level. I can open up doors that no man can shut. I can bring talent out of you that you didn’t know you had. I can cause people to go out of their way to want to be good to you for no reason.”
Today, get your hopes up. Get your expectancy up. Remember, He is risen, and He is alive. There’s a shift coming, and He is faithful to His Word. Let His resurrection power flow in every area of your life!
