My musings and interesting things that I'd like to share with you...hope you enjoy!

I love this! It’s so important to keep food in its rightful place in your life. It’s not there to keep you busy or be your friend when you’re feeling down. Eat when you’re hungry, eat small portions, and eat clean. That’s the best way to enjoy food, guilt-free, and stay fit. Oh,and treat yourself to something extra yummy once a week. :)

Dancing appears glamorous, easy, delightful. But the path to paradise of the achievement is not easier than any other. There is fatigue so great that the body cries, even in its sleep. There are times of complete frustration, there are daily small deaths.

Where ever a dancer stands is holy ground.
